At Shefrealoisharol, we take pride in the quality of our clothing decoration work and products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
Materials and Supplies
For embroidery threads, fabrics, tools, and other crafting supplies:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
Custom Decoration Work
Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery, stitching, and appliqué work:
- Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun
- Design mockups are provided for approval before work starts
- Please review all design details carefully before giving approval
- We will remake items that do not match the approved design at no additional cost
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product or if our work does not meet the agreed specifications:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item
- Provide photos showing the defect or discrepancy
- We will offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate
- Return shipping for defective items will be covered by Shefrealoisharol
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized embroidery and decoration work
- Cut fabric or thread that has been measured and cut to specification
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or phone with your order details
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization before shipping items back
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for different colors, sizes, or products of equal value. To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 30 days of purchase
- Specify the item you wish to receive in exchange
- If the new item costs more, you will be responsible for the difference
- If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photos before opening all packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue
- Replacement or refund will be provided for transit-damaged items
